I started in engineering and research, then moved closer to customers and commercial decisions. Running e-commerce brought systems and people into the same picture.
Working inside Shopify and Nestlé deepened that connection. In 2024, I returned to intensive software engineering at Code Chrysalis, making room to build again alongside leading.
Today, I’m CTO at Decathlon Japan, working across technology direction, business priorities, and hands-on delivery. KumaBits brings together my independent projects, writing, and selected collaborations.
